Payson Auto Repair

I was not paid or arm twisted to write this review! We moved here two months ago needing oil changes in all three vehicles. Being retired, and have lots of experience in evaluating business and efficiency. As I entered the office I thought of a bee hive lots of workers with one main boss. All completing their work without question. The parking lots were jammed full of cars waiting for service. In fact at one point, a tow truck driver brought in a motor home with no brakes. I saw six workerbees stop to assist getting the vehicle to a spot for repair. Three on a tow rope pulling and three pushing took two minutes. And we all know in most shops that vehicle would have set on the street for at least a week. Back to me, I was checked in and went to pick up vehicle bout two hours later. It wasn’t ready, I waited ten minutes watching the bee finish up his work. I introduced myself and now I know he was the newest bee to the hive cause one: he was young, two: he had more grease and oil on his face and hands than any of the others, three: he did everything right! This business is run professionally with all employees in the correct position for an efficient run team. If you don’t believe stop by and watch for 15 minutes you will not be disappointed!

As always, Payson Tire delivers! Had what we needed, got the job done and off we went. Brian, Juan, and the rest of the team get it done with style, every time.

Outstanding service

Our camper needed tires on the trip home after a blowout. Payson Tire Pros we’re quick and fair with their pricing! Everyone was super friendly to my outgoing two year old. They answered all of his questions and waved to him every time they walked by. They got us in and out faster than I expected, without an appointment. Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value! Went in with a tire i thought was done for and they said it was a busted tire valve they replaced it i went inside to pay and they said don’t worry about it, it was a easy fix.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality! These guys and their awesome work and professionalism keeps me coming back!! CJ did the install on my entire steering system on my Wrangler and it works like a dream, especially out on the trails! Last week I peeled back my stock diff cover and Trinity installed my new aftermarket one in no time at all. I especially liked that I was able to watch him work and ask him questions about my Jeep. He was more than happy to chat with me about these things and help educate me for future builds on my Jeep.
