I had to have some torsen bar supports installed and was given a quote for the work. I had an appointment at 9:00 am on a Thursday,I get the call at 5:00 pm to tell me that they got the wrong parts so they could not fix it that day but would get the correct parts the next day so I said ok I will get the car the next day. The next day comes it's a Friday now, I get a call at aprox.10:30 to tell me they were going to phoenix to get the rite parts . Again I get a call at %;00 to tell me that my car is repaired and a new price is given to me of about $150.00 more than the estament I was given and I ask why an was told that was the cost of the new parts . So I said that was not your quote and I did not order the wrong stuff so we haggled for a while and I paid $45.00 more dollars than I expected. So since it was so late they would not be open by the time I could get there. So I paid for the work over the phone and they would lock it and leave it so I could pick it up. When I got the car I noticed that the windshield had a big chip in it. So since they were not going to be open till Monday I had to wait to call and ask about it . On mondayI called and talked to Dan and told him about it he told me that the brake must have slipped the mechanic's mind so I ask what they were going to do and he told me that they use some glass co, that they know about and they would have them call me . It's been four weeks and counting and no call. Thanks again DAN.
