We were camping this weekend north of Payson. Returning home and after leaving the rim we realized we had an oil leak. We took our SUV and trailer to Payson Tire-Southwest Transmission. Kevin immediately got it up on the lift and diagnosed the problem, Kevin also drove me over to get a rental car and Brian (the owner) wrote up a quote. Brian also allowed me to store my trailer there until the vehicle is fixed so that I could return on Wednesday and get my newly repaired Ford Escape. This business and the team that works there, went above and beyond customer service. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and customer service at a time when my wife and I and our four dogs felt stranded.

Fantastic! Cannot thank you enough for the QUICK service! We rolled into town on a flat tire on our way to a camping trip. We had a packed car and three anxious kids (twin toddlers who quickly began crying when the car stopped). 😩 Before I knew it my car was jacked up and they were fixing the tire. My partner handled the business, I never even got out of the car and we were in and out with a fixed tire in under 30 minutes. Quick, efficient service. They were busy and worked just as hard for each customer. Thank you Payson Tire & Auto!!

Came in with a flat, me andy there little kids. They were friendly to us, quick (was out in 20 minutes) and it was a good price. Great experience!

We had a low tire warning on our truck about 10 miles out of Payson headed to the valley. We turned around and I searched the internet for tire repair and found Payson Tire. They had good reviews so we headed back to town to see if they could fit us in before they closed These guys were great and looked after us right away. The employees were polite and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

My family was driving to pinetop for the holiday weekend when we got a flat tire as we were passing through payson. I gave these guys a call, in a bit of a panic, and they were super helpful and friendly. We drove to their shop, a mile away, and they were so nice and worked quickly! They had Netflix in their air conditioned waiting room where we (and our toddler) were able to comfortably wait. We were in and out of there in less than an hour, which was much appreciated due to our setback. I would highly recommend these guys!!
