I am beyond impressed! Brian and the rest of the team went above and beyond for my family today, on a Friday afternoon... even finding out they didn’t have a correct part and still having someone drive to Phoenix to pick it up late in the afternoon. They even stayed late to fix my car because they knew we were going on a long distance trip tonight. They were honest and fair priced. You just don’t have shops with this kind of caring customer service these days. I will be changing my Automotive services.. ALL of them from Big O to Payson Automotive. Thank you again for making my vehicle safe for my family, I’m incredibly thankful and in awe of their thorough work. Thanks again! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

We had a flat tire on an RV that is a rare truck size. We hoped that they could repair it, but it was ripped. We left it there over the weekend. The tire supply was not open until Monday. On Monday, they inspected it closer to find out that we needed 4 tires instead. They ordered the tires that day at a discounted price. On Wednesday before the holiday, 3 tires came in. The tire supply had shipped the 4th one to a different state?! On Friday, after the holiday, they sent someone to come down to Phoenix to get the 4th tire. We were able to pick it up after hours due to the mix up. Great customer service 👍

Blew out a tire on the war from Phoenix to show low late on a Friday afternoon. Was able to leave the car at the shop Friday night, call them to replace all 4 of the tires Saturday morning And pick up on Sunday on our back from show low. Even sold us a full size rim and mounted one of my good tires on it so we wouldn't get stuck again. $360 out the door, definitely would recommend this shop!!
