I had a pickup truck and trailer heading back to California that got stranded south of Payson with a flat tire on the trailer. When I called this tire shop, I was told they were really busy but if I could give them some time they could see if they could help us. Less than 15 minutes later, I got a call back that they had moved some work around and could send someone out for us. Tire Pros had the trailer tire and the rim in stock, and it was several hundred dollars less than I paid when a tire blew on another trailer a couple of months ago. They took the tire out and installed it on the trailer and my driver was on the road within two hours of my first call! Everyone, from my first call to the installer, were really friendly people to work with. I wish I lived closer so I could use them for all my tire needs.

On a road trip after purchasing my rv in California the transmission went out as well as needing a drift shaft as well. They were on top of everything from the beginning. Stayed on top of everything and when it was all said and done it was the best experience dealing with this business and the AMAZING employees!!! I wish more business cared as much they do about their customers. Above and beyond service. Thank you Brian for a great business and experience in a not so ideal situation. 100% recommend
